Frequently Asked Questions for the Serviced Apartment


Below are the answers to some frequently asked questions. Additionally, please review our Terms & Conditions, paying particular attention to our Cancellation and No Show Policy, as well as the booking conditions specific to each apartment.

Serviced apartments offer spacious, fully furnished, and beautifully decorated accommodations, which are typically larger than hotel rooms, including extended stay hotel rooms. They boast a genuine, more home-like residential character.

All apartments typically include a complete kitchen and feature separate dining, living, and sleeping areas. Many even offer amenities such as a washer and dryer within the apartment, providing a refined lifestyle. They aim to create a caring and homelike atmosphere for guests and their families.

We offer three serviced apartments in Jaipur City, Rajasthan, India. Two of our apartments are Situated in Murlipura, conveniently close to the train and bus stations. They are strategically located in central business districts (CBD), near offices, serviced offices, shopping complexes, and entertainment areas.

Taxes are as applicable on reservation checkout.

Our prices are for the entire apartment rather than per person. However, the number of individuals allowed to occupy an apartment is restricted to the number of beds provided. If you provide your arrival date, the number of people, and the number of nights, the price will be automatically calculated for you. Prices are based on accommodations for up to 6 people, but bookings for up to 9 people can be arranged for an additional fee.

To secure a booking we require a 10% non-refundable deposit to be paid on credit card or by bank Transfer.

You will need to provide credit card details or another form of payment to serve as security during your stay.

We are currently unable to display online availability. However, upon making a booking or reservation request, we will double-check availability before confirming with you. Please do not assume that an apartment is booked for you until you receive confirmation from us.

Upon arrival, you will be requested to sign a credit card slip to cover the balance of the rental charges. Once this payment is received, you will be provided with the keys.

Check-in times typically range between 12 pm and 4 pm on the day of arrival, while Check-out is from 11 am onwards on the day of departure. However, we strive to accommodate your specific requirements whenever possible. Full details of your chosen apartment's policy will be provided in a confirmation email upon booking.

In the confirmation email, we will furnish you with a 24-hour emergency telephone number to call in case you encounter any issues with your apartment. Simply dial the number, and we will strive to address the issue promptly and efficiently.

If, for any reason, you need to cancel your booking, please notify us immediately by email, fax, or phone at least 48 hours before check-in. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay, as well as in the case of a no-show.

Please contact us immediately. We aim for everyone to be satisfied with their selected apartment. To ensure clarity, we provide numerous photos and an honest, accurate description, eliminating any surprises upon arrival. If you have legitimate concerns or doubts about an apartment, we will strive to address them on-site or arrange alternative accommodations, subject to availability. However, if you opt not to take the apartment for reasons we deem unreasonable, the cancellation policy will apply.

There are no additional charges for electricity or water. However, separate allowances should be made for telephone calls, which are subject to VAT.

Typically, the minimum stay is 1 night, but please verify the details of your chosen apartment. There is no maximum booking requirement, and all bookings are subject to availability.

Yes we do have secure parking for one car per apartment and also visiting guest parking on request. 

Yes we are pet-friendly.
